A Satisfaction of Movables
Immerse yourself in the satisfying construction of pure mechanisms.
Think back to the last time you picked up a movable card. You moved the mechanism back and forth, soothed and satisfied by the movement. You wished there was a collective noun for movable structures. Well, there is! Join me in building A SATISFACTION of ten movable mechanisms that demonstrate a wide range of possibilities. All you’ll need is a simple set of hand tools and an interest in engaging with paper mechanisms. And to dial up the satisfaction quotient, you’ll bind your collection into a tidy sample book. This virtual workshop will be technical, and very, very… satisfying. All levels are welcome.
Cut your own pieces and enjoy a lower cost at check-out, or purchase a kit of pre-cut pieces as an add-on. If you would like to purchase the kit, be sure to click below and add it to your registration.
